Kings Bedding is an independent retailer. Any branded product names referenced on this Site (including but not limited to J.Queen New York and Madison Park) are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not the official brand store for these manufacturers, and our use of these names is solely to describe and sell genuine, authentic products we carry.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion, including after an order has been placed, if a pricing or availability error occurs. If your order is affected, we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount already charged.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or issues with payment authorization.
